By accessing or using TrustSpot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
TrustSpot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes in accordance with these terms. You may not sublicense, resell, or otherwise transfer access to any third party.
You retain all rights to data you upload to TrustSpot. By uploading data, you grant TrustSpot a limited license to process that data solely to provide the services described in your subscription agreement.
You agree not to use the platform to violate any applicable law, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit malware, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the platform.
TrustSpot targets 99.9% monthly uptime for the platform. Planned maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Enterprise customers receive a contractual SLA.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustSpot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
